Organic Palm Sugar
Coconut sugar is also called coconut palm sugar. It’s a natural sugar made from coconut palm sap, which is the sugary circulating fluid of the coconut plant. It is often confused with palm sugar, which is similar but made from a different type of palm tree.
Arenga Palm Sugar
Palm sugar is also made from sap, but it comes from the arenga tree rather than the coconut tree. The texture, color, and taste are quite similar, though palm sugar has a smokier flavor compared to coconut sugar.
Coconut Nectar Syrup
Coconut nectar is the delicious syrup derived from the sap of the flowers of the coconut palm. When dehydrated into granules it becomes coconut sugar, but as a liquid it’s comparable to maple syrup or agave. Coconut nectar is natural and minimally processed.
Semi Husked Coconut
Our Semi Husked Coconut is freshly handpicked directly from Indonesia’s finest coconut trees within 60 days. Enriched with essential vitamins and minerals, its thick, sweet and tasty coconut meat is often widely used in bakery, confectionery and other food and beverage products.
Desiccated Coconut
Our desiccated coconut is produced from mature coconut meat that has been shredded and dried properly before being packed into craft paper bags. This unsweetened coconut is categorized by the size of the shreds, with "fine grade" having smaller pieces than "medium grade." It is easy to store and has a minimum shelf life of one year, depending on storage conditions.

Its color resembles raw sugar, though the particle size is usually smaller or more varied. We offer both organic certified and non-organic certified options. Compared to commonly used white sugar, coconut sugar has a lower glycemic index.
